- Blend all the ingredients with little water to a smooth paste and then keep aside. For the Filling Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds, when it crackles add onion and fry till translucent. Add coriander leaves, garlic, green chilli and fry for 1-2 minutes. Add kasuri methi, salt, garam masala powder and fry well and then keep aside to cool. Blend it with honey, cream, cinnamon & little water to a smooth paste and take in out in a bowl. Then add paneer & capsicum and marinate it for 30 minutesHeat oil in a nonstick pan and fry the marinated paneer till golden brown on both sides & the paste is well blended with the paneer and then keep aside.
