Quick Herb Biscuits

Ingredients:2 cups flour2 teaspoons baking powder1 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 cup milk (or buttermilk if on hand)2 tablespoons mayo1-2 teaspoon fresh herbs of your choice (thyme and sage work well)
Directions:Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Grease 12 muffin tins. Whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. In separate bowl mix milk, mayo, and herbs. Stir wet ingredients into dry with a fork,
