Do you like green tea cake? I thought I?d share this with you, my first green tea cake was from Ritz cake shop. I fell in love with it from the moment I had my first bite, I thought the taste of the tea was going to be really strong, but it wasn?t at all. Unlike other creamy and rich cakes, this green tea cake is really light for a dessert, which is great. I don?t fancy cakes with too much mouse or cream or all the extra stuff, this is very ideal for me. Great stuff. The other cake I had was a blueberry cake. I thought that was so-so only.
