Rush hour
Weird how quickly you can get out of your normal morning routine during just 1 week of vacation! This morning, I snoozed one too many times and was rushing to get ready, therefore, breakfast was rushed too. Oatmeal was made using the most convenient things available: 1/2 cup oats 1 scoop chia seeds 1 cup water 1 spoonful plain yogurt (added after microwaving) Naturally More PB raisins And of course a mug of coffee. I sure did my french pressed coffee this morning! I figured out where all of my schools are this morning. I don’t think its gonna be quite as much driving as I thought it was gonna be! And there’s a coffee shop en route to a few of my schools. I grabbed a cup of Hawaiian Hazelnut coffee….sounds interesting, right?? I fixed it up with 2% milk and 1 truvia packet. It was okay. Not my favorite cup of coffee….I felt like it was a little weak and a little to flavored for my liking. Snack KISS principle was practiced this morning when packing my snack….. And while yesterday’s Raw Revolution bar was a total disappointment, today’s was muuuuch better! Lunch Back at home to organize all my stuff for work, I decided to throw a quick 3-bean salad together. About 1/2 can of organic 3 bean salad (rinsed) mixed with red onions, green bell peppers, tomato, feta cheese, sea salt, black pepper, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar. I’ve completely decided that everything is good with EVOO and balsamic vinegar! I sided by bean salad with 1/2 of an Ezekiel english muffin spread with earth balance butter Okay my lunch break is over….time to ORGANIZE!!!! Do you have a morning routine??
