Sneezing in the Big Apple

By Iowa Girl Eats (Visit website)

By the time you read this, I’ll be at cruising altitude. My destination?

New York City!!!

It’s kind of a long story, but I’ll be in the big apple until Tuesday night, shooting a print ad campaign for a large allergy medication corporation. Who would have thunk it – having allergies has finally paid off!! :D

I’ve been to NYC once before, in 2006 (PB – pre blog), with Ben and his family, and I think this pretty much sums up how I feel about the place:

I adore New York. There’s so much to see, do, taste, experience, watch and ENJOY! I know it’s not for everyone, but it’s definitely for me – I could spend weeks here, exploring and experiencing. I just love it! Here’s a little re-cap of my 2006 trip:

There was an unforgettable dinner in Little Italy,

And taking in the awesomeness that is Rockefeller Center.

NYC is too cool for school, and while I won’t have much free time while I there – I’m just excited to be in its presence!! :)

I hopped on board my jet @ 7am with breakfast on tow:

My stomach always gets sensitive when I fly so keeping it light with this breakfast, and drinking mucho amounts of water, will set me up to feel as good as possible when I arrive.

I’ll be busy through lunchtime, but will catch you all up from the east coast as soon as I can. Until then – NYC OR BUST!!!

Happy Monday!
