Preparation
- Place the egg, ricotta, agave syrup and cornstarch in a bowl. Mix everything with a whisk until you obtain a homogeneous batter.
- Pour the batter into a lined and greased pan.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for 35 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and wait for it to cool a little before refrigerating for 1 to 2 hours. Unmold and serve chilled!
