A step by step italian recipe, a new way to have pasta, and homemade as well!

Ingredients

Number of serving: 2

The pasta :

1.5 cups flour


1 Tbsp olive oil


The stuffing :

10 ounces ricotta

fresh basil

salt and pepper

Preparation

  • Step 1 - Ricotta ravioli
    Combine the flour, the eggs and the olive oil, and knead well.
  • Step 2 - Ricotta ravioli
    Wrap the dough, and put in the fridge for 1 hour.
  • Step 3 - Ricotta ravioli
    Mix the ricotta with the grinded basil, salt and pepper.
  • Step 4 - Ricotta ravioli
    Roll the dough out the most finely possible.
  • Step 5 - Ricotta ravioli
    Cut the dough in squares using a pizza roll. Try to make the squares as perfect as you can.
  • Step 6 - Ricotta ravioli
    Take a square of dough, and apply some water on the edges using your finger. Put a little bit of stuffing in the middle.
  • Step 7 - Ricotta ravioli
    Cover with a second square of dough, and apply pressure on the edges. Seal the ravioli using a fork.
  • Step 8 - Ricotta ravioli
    Once all your raviolis have been made, put them in boiling water for 5 minutes.
  • Step 9 - Ricotta ravioli
    Serve with tomato sauce and parmesan. There you are, your raviolis are ready !
