  • Ricotta ravioli - Preparation step 1Combine the flour, the eggs and the olive oil, and knead well.
  • Ricotta ravioli - Preparation step 2Wrap the dough, and put in the fridge for 1 hour.
  • Ricotta ravioli - Preparation step 3Mix the ricotta with the grinded basil, salt and pepper.
  • Ricotta ravioli - Preparation step 4Roll the dough out the most finely possible.
  • Ricotta ravioli - Preparation step 5Cut the dough in squares using a pizza roll. Try to make the squares as perfect as you can.
  • Ricotta ravioli - Preparation step 6Take a square of dough, and apply some water on the edges using your finger. Put a little bit of stuffing in the middle.
  • Ricotta ravioli - Preparation step 7Cover with a second square of dough, and apply pressure on the edges. Seal the ravioli using a fork.
  • Ricotta ravioli - Preparation step 8Once all your raviolis have been made, put them in boiling water for 5 minutes.
  • Ricotta ravioli - Preparation step 9Serve with tomato sauce and parmesan. There you are, your raviolis are ready !
