Starter : paneer (cottage cheese) salad
I am going to share with you nutritious cottage cheese or paneer salad. Ingredients: 100 gms paneer 1 tomato 1 cucumber 1 carrot a little butter salt and pepper lemon Method: Cut Paneer into small cubes. Take non stick tava heat butter and shallow fry paneer pieces.Take these pieces in a bowl, in the mean while cut carrots,tomatoes,cucumber into cubes and cut chillies long lenghth. (if you dont like u can remove).Mix all these vegetable with paneer,add little salt and pepper on top squeeze lemon juice. This Salad very well with any soup. Try this. related searches : Starter
