Stir fry French bean with Champignon mushroom

I bought another type of champignon mushroom which looked much like portabello mushroom and the size of a cup too. I just add some soy sauce, pepper and salt to flavour the dish. Carrot was added to add some color to the dish.



I like the taste of these big mushrooms especially when you simmer longer in the pot. You get that strong nice aroma of fresh mushroom without adding too much seasoning.
