- Heat 2 tablespoonsoil to fry chai poh till crispy. Dish out and mix it with fried dried shrimp.
- Heat 1 tablespoon oil to fry french bean for 2 minutes.
- Then add in sauce to saute till cooked and sauce almost dry. Dish out.
- Top with dried shrimp and chai poh mixture to serve.
