Stir fry french bean with preserved radish & dried shrimp

Ingredients

Number of serving: 4
French Bean - 500 g (cut 1.5" lengthwise)

Dried Shrimp - 60 g (rinsed, cut into small pcs and deep fried)

Preserved radish (sweet chai poh) - 1.5 tablespoons (Rinse and microwave to dry)

Garlic - 1 no (chopped)


Sauce:

2 tablespoons Stock

1/2 teaspoon Vetsin

1/2 teaspoon Sugar

1 teaspoon light soy sauce

1/2 teaspoon sesame oil

Pepper

Preparation

  • Heat 2 tablespoonsoil to fry chai poh till crispy. Dish out and mix it with fried dried shrimp.
  • Heat 1 tablespoon oil to fry french bean for 2 minutes.
  • Then add in sauce to saute till cooked and sauce almost dry. Dish out.
  • Top with dried shrimp and chai poh mixture to serve.
