No-knead french baguettes
You love French baguettes but those are pretty expensive? You can make it at home, and it is easier than you think with this recipe, coming straight from France.

- In a bowl, put the flour, the salt, and form a hole in the middle. Put the crumbled yeast in it, and pour the warm water on it.
- Quickly mix with a wooden spoon. You'll get a sticky and lumpy dough. Leave to swell for 90 minutes.
- Put some parchment paper on a baguette mold or on a baking tray. Pour the sticky dough, and form 2 baguettes as you can.
- Using scissors, cut 3 times on top of each baguette.
- In a baking tray, put some water, and put it underneath the spot where you'll put the baguettes. It is mandatory as the water steam will help form the crust.
- Bake 30 minutes at 445°F (230°C).
- There you are, your no knead baguettes are ready!

Just made this. Very easy. I converted the recipe to use dry active yeast and used 2 scant Tablespoons. Simple, quick and the family loved it. I’ll make this often. Thank you for sharing this recipe and video.
