Hi, this is the seventy first post about the art of cooking Italian pasta. Today’s post is dedicated to a special pasta for people who like vegetable sauce.

Have you still zucchini (courgettes) in your organic garden? If you have no zucchini you can find them easily at a farmer’s market together with their blossoms. There are the last of the season.
