This little piggy went "Wee,wee, wee, all the way home!"

Well, I made it home safely, with nothing but a sore bum to complain about! Well, I could complain about some other stuff, but what fun would that be! All in all, a great view into a life I could only dream of, and a life that I am aiming fervently for!

Yesterday, we woke up to a feathery veil of snow, coating the streets of Manhattan! It was pouring from the clouds! We trekked through the fluff for one last hurrah in the Yoga room
Shiver me timbers!
I really enjoyed class, a wonderfully sequenced story, perfectly crescendoed, we went through a challenging flow, building, containing, and utilizing the energy built throughout the class. The instructor, David, of Kula yoga, a beautifully sculpted human being, with a passionate energy that is distinctly translated into his creative Flow.

After class, we all headed to LifeThyme, a natural foods market, for lunch.
We picked up an array of Raw, and Vegan "Pies" to share! Comprised of Nuts and Seeds, grains like quinoa and polenta, a variety of Vegetables, tempeh, and tofu, OH MY!
Here's my plate, a hallowed sampling of everything! Including a raw Seaweed and Vegetable salad that was divine!
Afterwards we enjoyed a sinfully sweet dessert, "Tollbooth Cookie", that sparkled with Butterscotch extract that sent this baby Over the freaking Top! Needless to say I quickly scooped up a bottle for myself afterwards! I also picked up an Avocado/Hummus Sammie for an easy dinner on the plane.

We hopped in a cab, and made it home in time for me to pack and say my goodbyes to this beautiful city! I slept for the majority of my 2 hour flight. Waking only to enjoy my chickpea filled Sandwich, left me with little to no air time, and I was back in the steamy heat of South Florida!

On my way home I connivingly shared my adventure's of "Wii Sport" with my parent's, boasting it's multitude of positive attributes for a full and productive life. We'll see how that one turns out ;) True story, I had my first adventure with a "Wii" while in the city, and I AM HOOKED like a baby on the bottle. It is amazing! With experience short of "Frogger", I'm sure you can understand the lure!

I slept like a baby last night inside my cozy bed, and opted for a natural awakening this holiday morning. I started my day off right with a delicious bowl of Tumblewheats
Topped with fruit, and a sprinkling of Granola I picked up form LifeThyme
All doused with the nutty vanilla sweetness of Hemp Milk, delicious!

Not too much on the agenda today, I think I will be taking it easy, unpacking, and restocking, and taking inventory of such matters. Enjoy the holiday, I am glad to be back! Thanks for bearing with me!
