Cod liver

Shiitake mushrooms are one of the few natural plant sources of vitamin D. They can synthesize this vitamin when exposed to sunlight. A 3.5 oz (100gr) portion of dried shiitake mushrooms can provide up to 1,600 IU of vitamin D, depending on exposure to sunlight during growth.
