Ginger shots have become the latest wellness obsession, embraced by athletes, health-conscious foodies, and anyone chasing a natural energy boost. But what makes this fiery little drink so popular? And more importantly, how can you make it part of your daily routine?
What is a ginger shot?
It's a small dose of concentrated juice made from fresh ginger, often mixed with lemon, sometimes turmeric or honey. Its principle: swallow a small glass (1 to 2 fl oz/30 to 60 ml) quickly in the morning for a real natural boost.
