Combine gnocchi, melted butter and ground cinnamon.
Pour into the tray of your airfryer.
*It's best if the gnocchi are spaced out; here we've put them in two trays.
Cook gnocchi for 12 minutes at 370°F/190°C in Air Fry mode.
Shake halfway through cooking to ensure even cooking.
Coating:
Combine the white sugar and ground cinnamon, then pour the hot gnocchi directly into the mixture and toss to coat.
Chocolate ganache:
Finely chop the chocolate. Heat cream (in microwave or saucepan).
Gradually add the chocolate to the hot cream, stirring to obtain a smooth ganache.
