Gnocchi with fresh salmon and orange sauce

Ingredients

for the gnocchi:

• 1 pack of dried potato powder for puree (110 gram)
• 300 ml water
• 1 tea spoon salt
• 1 egg
• 6-8 soup spoons of flour

for the sauce:

• 1 salmon steak, cubed
• Juice of a bio orange
• some zest of the bio orange
• 1 onion finely chopped
• a clove of garlic finely chopped
• 1 spoon of honey
• salt and fresh pepper
