Crunchy and soft air fryer gnocchi ready in just 10 minutes!
After the ultra-delicious parmesan version, we're making an even simpler recipe for crispy-soft gnocchi in the Air Fryer, ready in no time! Perfect as a accompaniment (they will replace dauphine potatoes very well for example), or to dip as an aperitif with a tomato sauce or a homemade pesto, these gnocchi will definitely be a hit :-)

- Air Fryer (Here the Ninja Foodi AF300EU Air Fryer 7,6L)
Preparation
- Lightly oil the Air fryer tray then place the gnocchi and oil again. Shake the container to distribute the gnocchi evenly then close the appliance.
- Turn on the Air Fryer then program it to Air Fry at 390°F (200°C) for 10 minutes and start cooking.
- Add salt and pepper, mix and it's already ready!
Observations
How to store gnocchi cooked in the Air Fryer?
Place them in an airtight container and keep them cool if necessary for up to 3 days. To reheat them, cook them in the Air Fryer for 3 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
Can you flavor gnocchi in the Air Fryer?
Yes absolutely, do not hesitate to season with salt, pepper and why not oregano and garlic powder before placing them in the tray of the appliance.
