Ingredients

• 2 cups flour
• 3/4 cups cocoa powder
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1-1/4 cups butter, softened
• 2 cup sugar
• 2 eggs
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 10 ounces peanut butter chips

Preparation

• Preheat oven to 350. Stir together flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt in medium sized bowl. Set aside.
• Beat butter and sugar in large bowl until fluffy.
• Add eggs and vanilla to the butter and sugar, and beat well.
• Gradually add flour mixture to batter, beating well. Stir in peanut butter chips.
• Drop by spoonfuls onto cookie sheet. Bake 8-9 minutes.
• Cool slightly before moving cookies to wire rack.
