Combine softened butter with brown sugar and white sugar until creamy.
Add eggs and vanilla extract and mix well until the mixture is chunky.
Incorporate flour, baking soda, and fleur de sel. Finally, add 1.5 cups of chocolate chips and mix well.
Pour the batter into a greased and lined baking pan. Add the remaining 0.5 cup of chocolate chips on top of the cake.
Bake the cookie cake for 30 minutes at 320°F (160°C).
Let the cake cool, unmold, and enjoy!
