When our hearts are torn between cake and cookies... We mix the two and enjoy the tasting during dessert :-D Don't hesitate to save a piece for snack time accompanied by a glass of fresh milk ;-) Follow our step-by-step instructions below and treat yourself!

Ingredients

• 7 oz softened butter
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 2.2 cups flour
• 1 pinch of fleur de sel
• 2 cups chocolate chips

Materials

• bowl, baking tray, oven

Preparation

• Combine softened butter with brown sugar and white sugar until creamy.
• Add eggs and vanilla extract and mix well until the mixture is chunky.
  
• Incorporate flour, baking soda, and fleur de sel. Finally, add 1.5 cups of chocolate chips and mix well.
• Pour the batter into a greased and lined baking pan. Add the remaining 0.5 cup of chocolate chips on top of the cake.
  
• Bake the cookie cake for 30 minutes at 320°F (160°C).
• Let the cake cool, unmold, and enjoy!
