This is the principle of the mug cake ;-) Here we offer you a mug cake cookie recipe to combine indulgence with simplicity. Ingredients

• 3 eggs
• 1/3 cup butter
• 1/4 cup brown sugar
• 2 Tbsp white sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 pinch of salt
• 3/4 cup flour
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 3 Tbsp chocolate chips
• 1 Tbsp icing sugar

Materials

• 2 mugs of at least 300 ml

Preparation

• Beat the eggs with brown sugar, white sugar, a pinch of salt, and vanilla extract.
• Add flour and baking powder and mix well.
• Add melted butter and 3 Tbsp chocolate chips and mix everything well.
• Transfer the cookie dough into two greased mugs and sprinkle with the remaining chocolate chips.
• Microwave each mug one at a time for 1 minute. Remove from the microwave and let rest for 30 seconds before microwaving again for 30 to 50 seconds, depending on your microwave's power.
• And there you have it, your mug cake cookies are ready! Dust with icing sugar and enjoy!
