Mug cake cookie - mugcookie

Ingredients

• 3 eggs
• 1/3 cup butter
• 1/4 cup brown sugar
• 2 Tbsp sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 pinch of salt
• 3/4 cup flour
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 3 Tbsp chocolate chips
• 1 Tbsp icing sugar

Materials

• 2 mugs

Preparation

• Combine the eggs with brown sugar and white sugar, salt and vanilla extract.
• Add flour, baking powder and mix well.
  
• Add melted butter and 2 Tbsp chocolate chips and mix well.
• Transfer the dough into two greased mugs. Add the rest of the chocolate chips on top.
  
• Microwave one by one during 1 min. Remove from microwave and leave to rest for 30 sec. Microwave again for 30 to 50 seconds.
• There you are, your mug cake cookies are ready !
