- Sieve the flour & baking powder together. Cream the sugar & butter together.
- In a separate bowl, beat the egg & essence together & then add to the creamed mixture. Fold in the flour.
- Wet the hand with water & divide into small balls.
- Roll in crushed cornflakes & place on the greased baking tray. Leave enough space between each, because they expand in size.
- Bake at 160-170 degrees for 10 - 12 minutes until the cookies are Golden.
