When you can't choose between having brownies or cookies, why won't you bake brookies? The moist texture of brownies meeting the crunchyness of cookies, what is best than that?

Preparation
The cookies dough : Mix the softened butter with the brown sugar. Add the egg and mix well to get a cream.
Add the flour and baking powder and combine well. Finally, add the chocolate chips.
Grease the mould, and spread the cookies dough in the bottom. Put in the fridge.
The brownies batter : Melt the chocolate with the butter. Mix the eggs with the sugar, then add the flour and mix well.
Then combine this mix with the melted chocolate and butter.
Pour this batter on top of the cookie dough, and spread it well.
Bake 30 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
Wait until the cake is cold to unmould. Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. There you are!
