  • Brownies and cookie cake - Preparation step 1The cookies dough :
    Mix the softened butter with the brown sugar. Add the egg and mix well to get a cream.
  • Brownies and cookie cake - Preparation step 2Add the flour and baking powder and combine well. Finally, add the chocolate chips.
  • Brownies and cookie cake - Preparation step 3Grease the mould, and spread the cookies dough in the bottom. Put in the fridge.

    Melt the chocolate with the butter. Mix the eggs with the sugar, then add the flour and mix well.
