The cookie dough :
Mix the softened butter with the brown sugar. Add the egg and mix well to get a creamy texture.Add the flour and baking powder and mix well. Finally, fold in the chocolate chips.
Grease and flour your baking pan well. Spread the cookie dough evenly in the bottom of the pan. Press it down slightly with your hands. Refrigerate.
The brownie batter :
Melt the chocolate with the butter. Whisk the eggs with the sugar, then add the flour and mix well.
Then combine this mixture with the melted chocolate and butter.
Pour this batter over the cookie dough, and spread it evenly.
Bake for 30 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
