Why choose between brownies and cookies when you can have both in a dessert?! That's the reason why we made one of our favorite desserts: brookies! You will see, you too will love this crunchy/soft combination. And for even more indulgence, don't hesitate to enjoy this American-style dessert with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top ;-)

- Prepare the brownie batter:
Melt chocolate and butter. - Mix eggs and sugar. Add flour and mix well.
- Finally add the chocolate and melted butter mixture and incorporate it well. Pour the batter into the greased mold when it is smooth.
- Prepare the cookie dough:
Whisk soft butter with brown sugar. Add the egg and mix well.
- Add flour and baking powder and incorporate them well into the dough before adding the chocolate chips.
- Mix everything and spread the dough in the mold, on top of the brownie batter.
- Bake for 30 min at 350°F (180°C).
- And there you are, your brookies is ready! Serve it with a scoop of ice cream, it will be even better!
