Cheesecake brownies, the best combo ever!

- Brownies :
Melt butter and chocolate. Combine eggs and brown sugar. Add flour and melted chocolate + butter and mix well until combined. - Pour the batter in a springform pan lined with a parchment paper and bake for 10 minutes at 350°F (180°C). Remove from oven and set aside.
- Cheesecake :
Put cream cheese, mascarpone, sugar, vanilla, cream and eggs in a bowl. Whisk with an electric mixer until the batter is homogenous. - Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C). Pour the cheesecake batter on top of the brownies.
- Bake for 1 hour at 300°F (150°C). Remove from oven and leave to cool down for 30 minutes at room temperature. Then, refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
- Unmold gently and there you are, your cheesecake brownies is ready ! Grate some dark chocolate on top to decorate and enjoy :-)
