Cheesecake brownies, the best combo ever!
Have you ever seen a creamy cheesecake on top of a brownie base? Now you do ;-)

- springform pan 8 inches diameter
- parchment paper
- electric mixer
Preparation

Brownies :
Melt butter and chocolate. Combine eggs and brown sugar. Add flour and melted chocolate + butter and mix well until combined.

Pour the batter in a springform pan lined with a parchment paper and bake for 10 minutes at 350°F (180°C). Remove from oven and set aside.

Cheesecake :
Put cream cheese, mascarpone, sugar, vanilla, cream and eggs in a bowl. Whisk with an electric mixer until the batter is homogenous.

Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C). Pour the cheesecake batter on top of the brownies.

Bake for 1 hour at 300°F (150°C). Remove from oven and leave to cool down for 30 minutes at room temperature. Then, refrigerate for at least 3 hours.

Unmold gently and there you are, your cheesecake brownies is ready ! Grate some dark chocolate on top to decorate and enjoy :-)
