    Melt butter and chocolate. Combine eggs and brown sugar. Add flour and melted chocolate + butter and mix well until combined.
  • Cheesecake brownies, the best combo ever! - Preparation step 2Pour the batter in a springform pan lined with a parchment paper and bake for 10 minutes at 350°F (180°C). Remove from oven and set aside.

    Put cream cheese, mascarpone, sugar, vanilla, cream and eggs in a bowl. Whisk with an electric mixer until the batter is homogenous.
