Plantain chips baked in the oven
When we are looking for a different alternative to the traditional appetizers, without wanting to invest too much time in the kitchen or make too much effort, there is no better option than these baked plantain chips! They are original, crunchy and, in addition, much healthier! Your success will be assured! :)

- Knife / mandolin
- Chopping board
- Bowl
- Sulfurized paper
Preparation
- Turn on the oven and preheat it to 390°F/200°C.
Peel the plantains and cut them into thin slices either with a mandolin or a sharp knife. - In a bowl, coat the plantain slices with olive oil and salt.
- Place the plantain slices on the baking sheet (lined with parchment paper) making sure they do not overlap each other so that they bake evenly.
- Place the tray in a preheated oven at 390°F/200°C and bake the plantain slices for 10 minutes. Then remove the tray from the oven and turn them over. Return them to the oven and continue baking for another 10-15 minutes, or until golden brown and crunchy, and that's it!
