Super easy to make homemade blinis!
We have found the perfect recipe to accommodate toppings as varied as they are tasty: blinis! These soft mini pancakes will add a touch of delicacy to your meal. Everything will be done in a yogurt pot or with a spoon. Are you trying?!

- Pour the Greek yogurt into a bowl and add the egg. Combine everything. Then add the flour, baking powder and pinch of salt.
- Mix well again until you obtain a very homogeneous mixture. You can place the dough in the fridge covered with cling film or use it directly.
- Place a frying pan over medium heat and when hot, grease the bottom. Form the blinis by placing about 1 tsp of batter in the pan.
- You can of course make larger, thicker ones... When the dough starts to bubble, turn the blinis.
- Remove from the heat when they are all golden brown and repeat the operation with the rest of the dough.
- And there you are, your blinis are ready to garnish!

Can I replace Greek yogurt?
You can replace it with another natural yogurt without worries.
Should we rest the dough?
For this recipe it is not obligatory but you can place the dough in the fridge covered with cling film if you wish.
Can we make blinis of different sizes?
You can easily make blinis of the size of your choice. When the batter starts to bubble, turn the blinis over and wait until they are golden brown underneath before removing them from the heat.
How to make this recipe without a scale?
You can trust the weight indication on the Greek yogurt. You will need 1 pot of yogurt, 1 pot of flour, 1 egg, half a sachet of baking powder and a little salt. Feel free to double the quantities if necessary.
