Super easy to make homemade blinis!
We have found the perfect recipe to accommodate toppings as varied as they are tasty: blinis! These soft mini pancakes will add a touch of delicacy to your meal. Everything will be done in a yogurt pot or with a spoon. Are you trying?!
Ingredients
Preparation
Pour the Greek yogurt into a bowl and add the egg. Combine everything. Then add the flour, baking powder and pinch of salt.
Mix well again until you obtain a very homogeneous mixture. You can place the dough in the fridge covered with cling film or use it directly.
Place a frying pan over medium heat and when hot, grease the bottom. Form the blinis by placing about 1 tsp of batter in the pan.
You can of course make larger, thicker ones... When the dough starts to bubble, turn the blinis.
Remove from the heat when they are all golden brown and repeat the operation with the rest of the dough.
And there you are, your blinis are ready to garnish!
