Who hasn't dreamed of a charcuterie board accompanied by a glass of wine? The assurance of a simple and effective evening with friends or loved ones. And to bring a bit of poetry to your evening, arrange your slices in a rose! - Wooden board
Preparation
Fold a slice of salami in half on the edge of your glass. Add a second slice on top of the first slice, but shift it a little to the side, at the halfway point of the first.
Repeat with the other slices until the entire edge of the glass is filled.
Turn the glass upside down onto the wooden board you wish to decorate.
Add pancetta slices around the rose (you can make several roses if you like).
Add cherry tomatoes, small croutons, sprigs of rosemary, slices of bread, cheese... to decorate your board. And there you have it, ready for the party!
Observations
Can I add or replace a cold cut?
Of course, you can use any type of cold cut, add cheese to make a garnished board...
