Boiled Egg Fry






Ingredients :

Boiled Eggs - 6 cut into 2 halves
Onions - 2 big cut into lengthwise
Curry leaves/Karvepaaku - 2stems
Red Chilli Powder - 1 1/2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves  finely chopped - 2tbsp
Oil - 3tbsp
Method:
Heat oil in a pan. Add finely chopped onions and curry leaves and fry for 10minutes.
Add Red Chilli Powder, salt and fry for 10minutes.
Now add boiled eggs and fry for 15 minutes or till onions turns dark golden brown.
Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve hot.
