- Soak the agar strands in a bowl of water for 5 minutes.
 - Boil the water in a pot over medium heat.
 - Add the agar strands into the boiling water and stir until it is completely dissolved.
 - Add the coconut cream and stir for a few minutes on low heat.
 - Add sugar and salt. Give it a quick stir.
 - Turn off the heat.
 - Pour into a tray and let it set at room temperature(1.5-2 hours).
