Ingredients

Number of serving: 4
b1 can (14 oz.) creamed corn

1 cup coconut milk

6 cups water

1/4 cup sugar

3/4 cup sweet rice

Preparation

  • In a pan, combine coconut milk, water, sugar and sweet rice and simmer for 20 to 30 minutes
  • Until the rice is soft and all the liquid has been absorbed.
  • Add corn and cook for another 10 to 15 minutes.
    And that’s all there is to it!
