Ingredients

- 3.5 ounces honey
- 1/3 cup butter
- 6 ounces granola mix
- 2 ounces raisins
- 2 ounces chocolate chip

Melt the butter and add it to the honey (get the honey warmer if it is too hard).

Add the granola mix, the chocolate chips and the raisins, and mix well.

Arrange this mix into a financier mould, or in a big dish (you will cut the bars later).

Bake 15 minutes at 340°F (170°C). Leave in the fridge for around 4 hours before unmoulding.

There you are, your granola bars are ready!

Observations:

This recipe can be adapted : you can replace the chocolate chips with nuts, or the raisins with other dry fruits, or use only one type of grain.
