Melt the butter and mix it with the honey (heat the honey if it is not liquid enough).
Add the granola mix, chocolate chips, and raisins, and mix well.
Place this mixture into each cavity of the financier mold and press down well with a fork.
Bake for 15 minutes at 340°F (170°C). Let cool in the fridge for about 4 hours before unmolding the bars.
And there you have it, your homemade granola bars are ready!
Observations
This recipe can be adapted to your taste: you can replace the chocolate chips with nuts or peanuts, the raisins with other dried fruits, and the base cereals with others.
No financier molds? Spread your mixture over the entire surface of a dish and then cut into bars later :-)
