Til pinni /sesame balls

400 gm brown sesame
400 gm grated golden brown jaggery


On a low heat dry roast the sesame seeds to make it more crunchier and easy to mix with jaggery.

Add roasted sesame and grated jaggery to the food processor. Pulse several times till it does not move. Scrape the sides and pulse again 6-7 times.

Transfer the mixture to a bowl. Make small balls while it is still warm
Store in an airtight container when they are completely cool. Stays good for 1 month on the counter.




This is really lovely, just two ingredients.
