Chicken in cream and yogurt
This is yet another experiment of mine with chicken that I made. I always love having my own combinations of ingredients and make a twist to the dish that I make. It not only interests me, but also ends up in a totally new recipe , that interests my family. Chicken is one dish that you could make in numerous ways. No matter what, all would be great.

- Clean the chicken and marinate them with the marinate ingredients and refrigerate for about 1-2 hours.
- Cook the chicken by pressure cooking it.
Onto a hot pan, add some oil and when hoy, add in the onions, ginger, red chillies, and garlic and saute well. - When onions become translucent, add in all the dry and mix well. Add salt to this.
- When done, mix in the cooked chicken along with the stock and mix well.
- Keep on medium flame and when the stock reduces, add in the fresh cream and give a good mix.
- Garnish with mint or coriander leaves and serve hot with rice, chapatti or rumali roti.
