- Wash the chicken pieces under cold water and pat the pieces dry with a paper towel.
- Mix all the above ingredients together making sure that the chicken is coated well on all the sides with the marinade.
Cover the bowl with a plastic wrap and leave to marinate in the fridge for 2 -3 hours. - Place a medium sized non-stick skillet on your gas top.
Add the marinated chicken and cook on high heat for about 5 minutes till all the juices of the chicken are released. - Simmer the gas. Cover and cook the chicken further for 15 - 20 minutes more till the juices have dried up turning the pieces every now and them to make sure they are evenly cooked.
- Once the chicken has changed color test it to see that it is tender and thoroughly cooked.
Serve it with bread and a salad.
