Preparation of the marinade: in a bowl, mix the yogurts, crushed garlic cloves, the zest and juice of the lemon, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Add the chopped cilantro (keep some for the end).Cut the chicken fillets into cubes and add them to the marinade.
Mix, cover with plastic wrap, and let it rest for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator.
Once the time is up, drain the chicken pieces and thread them onto skewers.
Place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and cook for 5 minutes on each side in the oven on the "grill" setting.And there you go! Sprinkle the skewers with the remaining chopped cilantro and enjoy immediately!
Observations
Cooking: If you wish, you can cook these skewers on a griddle, barbecue, or in a pan.
