Materials
- An empty glass bottle
Preparation
- Pour the rum in the glass bottle.
- Add the brown sugar, the cinnamon sticks, and the vanilla beans, previously split in half.
- Close the bottle and gently shake it. Leave to macerate for minimum 3 months, in a dark and cold place. Regularly shake the bottle until the sugar dissolves (around 1 week).
- There you are, your infused rum is ready!
