- 24 ounces white rum
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 2 vanilla beans
- 1/3 cup brown sugar

Pour the rum in the glass bottle.

Add the brown sugar, the cinnamon sticks, and the vanilla beans, previously split in half.

Close the bottle and gently shake it. Leave to macerate for minimum 3 months, in a dark and cold place. Regularly shake the bottle until the sugar dissolves (around 1 week).
