- Heat oil in large skillet over high heat. Add cumin,Ginger,Garlic and green chili,sauté for 2-3 minutes.
- Add cauliflower,onions and green peas; stir 1 minute. Add diced tomatoes, then coconut milk and salt; bring to boil.
- Add Red chili powder and Garam Masala and stir 20 seconds.
- Reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and boil gently until cauliflower is tender and liquid thickens slightly, stirring occasionally, about 16 minutes.
- Stir in cilantro; serve with Rice or Roti.
