Curried Cauliflower and Green Peas Stew
Preparation

Heat oil in large skillet over high heat. Add cumin,Ginger,Garlic and green chili,sauté for 2-3 minutes.

Add cauliflower,onions and green peas; stir 1 minute. Add diced tomatoes, then coconut milk and salt; bring to boil.

Add Red chili powder and Garam Masala and stir 20 seconds.

Reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and boil gently until cauliflower is tender and liquid thickens slightly, stirring occasionally, about 16 minutes.

Stir in cilantro; serve with Rice or Roti.
