Preparation

  • Cook noodles according to package. In a saute pan, heat oil, add garlic and onions, cook until onions begin to sweat and caramelize.
  • Add mushrooms, carrots, and saute for 30 seconds. Add Spinach and cook until wilted.
  • Add the noodles and soy sauce, sugar, salt, and pepper. Stir fry the noodles for 2-3 minutes until well combined with the rest of the ingredients.
  • Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
