  • Peel off the skin of cucumber
    cut it into cubes
    Heat oil in a pan.
    Add the cumin seeds(jeera) in heated oil. Also add hing powder and haldi.
    Immediately add the cut cucumber into the pan to avoid the burning of spices.
    Stir fry it. Allow it to cook.
    It will release lot of water while it is getting cooked.
    Add the Metkut when the vegetable is cooked.
    simmer it for 2 minutes till the flavor is blended well.

    This vegetable is very easy to digest.Cucumberand metkut has a very soothing effect on the stomach.
