Paneer Mushroom Masala
Preparation

Grind the cashews,poppy seeds,cinnamon stick,cloves and cardamom into a smooth paste. Set aside.

Add chopped onions, 1 teaspoon of oil and 2 tablepsoons of water in a microwave safe bowl and cook on for 10 minutes till its tender.

Cut the tomatoes into pieces add little water in a microwave safe bowl and cook till its smashed.

Now grind separately tomatoes and the onions,garlic,ginger and green chillies into a fine paste.

In a non stick pan heat 1 teaspoon of oil and saute he mushroom cubes for 5 minutes. Set it aside.

In a same pan add 1 teaspoon of oil and saute the paneer cubes fry light brown color.Set it aside.

In a same pan on medium heat add the oil add bay leaves cook for a minutes and add onion paste fry for 5 minutes.

Now add the tomato paste and cashew paste,salt and turmeric powder and cook till oil separates. Be careful as it may splutter.

Add mushroom and capsicum mix well.add little water cook for 5 minutes till the mushroom are tender.

Now add paneer,kasoori methi stir well and cover and let it cook for 2 to 3 minutes.

Stir well and check how much gravy u want and you want more gravy means u can put water either you want tick turn of the heat.

Garnish with coriander leaves.Remove the bay leaves before serving.
