Potato & green peas curry
Creamy curry made with coconut milk, curry powder and potatoes - the favorite of many of us. Tuck in either with rice or toasted slices of bread.

Preparation
- When oil is heated, sauté shallots, ginger and garlic.
Add chili paste and cook until oil splits.
Pour 2 cups of water and stir in.
When curry is heated through, add potatoes and salt for taste.
Once potatoes are cooked, add green peas and coconut milk.
Stir to combine into the curry and off the heat.
(Note: If you like a sour tinge, add tamarind or lime juice)
