- Heat 2 tablespoons oil on a non-stick wok to stir fry dried shrimp till fragrant.
- Add in chopped shallots and garlic fry till fragrant.
- Add pork and mushroom. stir fry for 2-3 minutes till pork turn pale in colour.
- Stir in glutinous rice and seasoning, stir thoroughly.
- Add in 1 rice bowl of water and let it simmer till water dry up.
- Transfer the rice into a steaming tray and steam the rice till cooked approx 15 minutes.
- Serve with garnishing.
