- Steam the sweet potato: peel it (or scrub it if it's organic), cut it into cubes, and place it in a steamer for 15 minutes.
Once cooked, mash it with a fork. - In a bowl, mix the chickpea flour, the peeled and finely chopped garlic, the cumin, the chopped parsley, the lemon juice, the salt, and the chili powder.
Add the sweet potato and mix by kneading with your hands. The dough should be soft and slightly sticky. If needed, add a little water. - Preheat your oven to 350°F.
Form balls from the dough, roll them in sesame seeds, and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
