1 no Onion

1 tsp Sugar

1/2 cup Rice vinegar

Preparation

  • Slice the onion as thin as possible,so that they will absorb the vinegar and turns soft.
  • Add the sugar and vinegar to the sliced onions, mix everything and keep aside for few minutes.
  • Serve as side dish, if there is some leftover conserve them in fridge and enjoy the next day, personally they tastes more tasty the next day.
