Caramel and almond chocolates
These chocolates are perfect for a Christmas gift !
Preparation

Melt the chocolate. With a brush, line the interior of the mold with the melted chocolate.

Put the mold in the fridge for 10 minutes then repeat the operation. Put the mold again in the fridge for 10 minutes.

Pour some salted caramel up to the middle and then add crushed almonds . Fill the chocolates with salted caramel. Put them 1 hour in the freezer .

Finally, pour some melted chocolate on top to "close" the chocolates. Put them in the fridge for 10 minutes. Unmold carefully.

There you are, your homemade chocolates are ready !
