Salted caramel and almond chocolates

For Christmas, New Year, or any time of the day, there's always room for a delicious chocolate treat! Today, we offer you a homemade recipe with the flavors of salted caramel and almonds. An easy recipe, tested and approved (even devoured!) by the entire Ptitchef team! And the cherry on top: this recipe is naturally gluten-free, allowing everyone to indulge regardless of their intolerances or allergies!

- Silicone chocolate molds
Preparation
Melt the chocolate. Using a brush, coat the entire surface of your chocolate molds with the melted chocolate.
Place the mold in the fridge for 10 minutes, then repeat the process to ensure your chocolates are not too fragile. Refrigerate again for 10 minutes.
Pour salted caramel into each mold, filling them halfway, then sprinkle some crushed almonds on top of the caramel. Cover again with caramel, and place in the freezer for 1 hour.
Finally, pour some melted chocolate on top to seal the chocolates. Refrigerate for 10 minutes. Carefully unmold.
And there you have it, your homemade chocolates are ready!
Observations
The mold: Feel free to use silicone ice cube trays or others.
