Preparation


  • Caramel and almond chocolates - Preparation step 1Melt the chocolate. With a brush, line the interior of the mold with the melted chocolate.

  • Caramel and almond chocolates - Preparation step 3Pour some salted caramel up to the middle and then add crushed almonds . Fill the chocolates with salted caramel. Put them 1 hour in the freezer .
  • Caramel and almond chocolates - Preparation step 4Finally, pour some melted chocolate on top to "close" the chocolates. Put them in the fridge for 10 minutes. Unmold carefully.
