Easy spinach fritters
A great way to get kids (and the more reluctant) to eat vegetables → spinach fritters! An easy recipe explained step by step below ↓↓ An opportunity to load up on fiber and nutrients through a quick vegetarian appetizer. Combine the flour with the egg, the milk, salt and pepper.
Add the chopped spinach and finely chopped onion, and mix well.
Using 2 tablespoons, scoop some of the mixture and drop it into hot oil. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes over medium/high heat, then flip the fritters. Cook for 3 more minutes and remove them from the pan.
There you are, your spinach fritters are ready!
