Simple Shrimp Salad

a handful of Romaine Lettuce
a handful of Butterhead Lettuce
1 medium size carrot
stalks of celery

some shrimp
thai chilli dressing

for thai chilli dressing:
a clove of minced garlic
some chopped shallots
lots of thai chili sauce
a dash of salt
zest of half a lime
juice of half a lime
