Almond joy cupcakes

we actually had light very light snow flurries today - but they didnt last at all.  cold weather is still here, today it was 29 degrees.  i made these little cupcakes just cause i saw them in the new food network magazine. super cute cupcakes, super easy to make.

just make and bake your favorite chocolate cupcake recipe - or cheat like i did and use a chocolate cake mix!  :)  top with a dallop of milk chocolate icing, then some shredded coconut and a few sliced almonds.  yummy little almond joy cupcakes. 



Dust if you must, but wouldn't it be better,
to paint a picture or write a letter,
bake a cake or plant a seed,
ponder the difference between want and need?
