  • Combine eggs, cream, milk, vanilla and brown sugar. Pour half of the batter in a mould.
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Fold the sandwich bread slices and put them side by side in the mould.
  • Pour the rest of the batter on top of the bread. Sprinkle some pink pralines on top. You can also add more brown sugar and sprinkle it on top.
  • If the bread is dry, place the mould in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.

    ➤ You can make this recipe the day before and leave to soak during one night in the fridge (wrapped with plastic wrap).
  • If you use fresh bread : bake for 25 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
  • Remove from oven, serve and enjoy !

Topping before baking : you can add some chocolate chips, almond flakes, chopped hazelnuts...
